Does
Jolly Jumps™ , Inc. only offer items for home parties?
Not at all. Our “Incredible
Inflatables” line provides awesome interactive contests,
concession machines, carnival games and promotional aids to
outfit a knock out home party, complete carnival, team-building
event, fundraiser, company picnic, family reunion, or any other
special event.
Are
there lots of Jolly Jumps™ to choose from?
Absolutely! We have the largest selection around with
over 25 different themes.
Are
your units safe?
Without a doubt! We have made sure that each of our units has
the very latest in safety equipment. From our safety steps on
all Jolly Jumps™ to the shade screen on all of our open-top
units, we take great pride in our focus on safety.
Are
you insured?
Yes. Jolly Jumps™, Inc. carries a liability policy.
What
ages are your units good for?
We have something for everyone. Take a look at our Jolly Jumps™
, Incredible Inflatables and Carnival Games pages for more
information and recommended ages.
What
if there will not be power at my event?
No problem. For a small additional fee Jolly Jumps™ can bring
a generator to run our equipment or you can provide your own
generator if certain specifications are met.
What
if it rains?
If the weather is questionable, we would appreciate a 24-48 hour notice. If you still have not reached a decision the morning of your rental, your last option would be to contact our staff by 8am the morning of. If there is no attempt to confirm or cancel your rental you are responsible for the full amount, and/or a cancellation fee. If you have a large multi-rental order and have been required to leave a deposit, there will be a cancellation fee if we are not notified 48 hours prior to your rental date. If you decide to accept your rental, payment is due when our driver arrives. If the weather conditions become unavoidable, unfortunately there will be NO discounts and/or refunds. No exceptions.
May
I have my event at a City or County Park?
In most cases, yes. However, certain permits or licenses may be
required. Please check with the individual park or call us to
find out about specific rules and requirements.
Do
you require a deposit?
Jolly Jump™ rentals require no deposits. However, with our
larger interactive inflatables we do request50% to hold them. If
you plan on reserving one of these units please call the office
at 1-800-667-5867 for more specific information and space
requirements.
Should
I reserve in advance?
Definitely! We have lots of Jolly Jumps™ but the popular
themes always get booked up quickly. The earlier you reserve the
more choices you have.
What
if I have problems during my party?
Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each
unit, we know that problems can occur. That's why there is
someone to answer your call throughout your event.
